How do I choose the loan that’s right for me?
There are many home loan options on the market, we work with you the client and our lenders to workout which lender is best for your current situation, there are a few different loan options to keep it simple:
Basic Variable: Normally low or no monthly fees, with a low rate.
Featured Variable: Normally a higher variable rate, with offset account and an annual fee of $395.00 per year.
Fixed rate: Normally a fixed rate with 1-5 year fixed rate options. Depending on market conditions these rates can be lower or higher than the current variable rates available.
